Sora Ka's voicebank is voiced and maintained by Alpha. Do not redistribute or sell the voicebank without permission from Alpha. However, this only applies to the wavefiles provided in the voicebank. Users may edit and redistribute configuration files. (frq files and the oto.ini)
Do not distribute works using Sora Ka's voicebank for commericial purpose without permission from Alpha. Permission may be obtained through the e-mail provided at the bottom of the page.
Do not use Sora Ka's voicebank in ways which violate laws and ordinances, and/or to be present messages which may be offensive. (Promoting criminal activity, racism, etc.)
